When I was looking for a place to purchase a memorial a friend of mine recommended Shetler Memorials. My friend also said I should talk to Rich Bailey because of an outstanding experience he had earlier with him.

The process of designing the memorial I had in mind took nearly nine months to complete. There were numerous designs, changes, and revisions over that period of time. Mr. Bailey was always there to answer my questions and offer suggestions which were extremely helpful. During that time Mr. Bailey and I were on the phone or exchanging emails nearly every day. Mr. Bailey was always available and quickly answered any question I had. Or when a problem arose he resolved it immediately. I cannot begin to put into words the absolutely excellent assistance and service I received from Mr. Bailey.
