Raised Slant and Bevel Markers
Slant memorials sit above the ground and the front slopes at a steep angle. Because of this slope, families are able to identify their loved ones memorial from a distance. This memorial can be set directly on the ground or can also be set on top of a base to raise the height. This style allows for a nice size surface for the engraving and design. Bevel markers are sloped so that the back of the memorial is slightly higher than the front of the memorial. This style is easy to read when standing close to the memorial. A bevel marker can be personalized with a fitting design and inscription for your loved one.

You are the best. You have cared for or family since 1968. When we needed someone back then we were impressed by the personal care & kindness you shared. Since then we have gotten stones for our loved ones.
God bless you all,
Beatrice (Penrod) Cameron
You have cared for our family since 1968.
I just wanted to express my appreciation to you for all you did regarding my grandfather’s tombstone. It’s simply beautiful. When I first began considering doing this for my mom, I had no idea where to start.
You made everything so easy for me. I never was worried once we started working together. Your recommendations were right on the money! I love where the placements of my grandfather’s picture.
Sincerely and thank you,
You made everything so easy for me.
Thank you again for all your hard work and for getting our family a beautiful headstone for our father’s final resting place. Working with you has made this experience much easier than expected.

This is just to say that I was pleased with the service of Shetler Memorials. They were very helpful in the process of choosing a stone and trying to come up with an appropriate design. It was something quite different for me but they are patient and know what they are doing.
Just wanted to let you know.
Patient and Knowledgeable
Everyone in the extended family who sees my brother’s stone writes us about it. It is so beautiful and represents the life and personality of our brother Ralph so well. Thank you for all of your help to make it happen. I really enjoyed working with you and grateful.
Represents his life and personality!
I just wanted to thank you for everything you did to design Kevin’s memorial stone. I really appreciated your attention to every detail of the design. Your insight and ideas helped to create the design I had in mind and took it to the next level. You helped to make a difficult time and project easier. The designs at headquarters went above and beyond to help my vision become reality. Please pass my thanks on to him.
You took it to the next level.
Thanks, Christina for “making things happen”. My brothers and sisters were happy and surprised that mom’s name was on our parents’ stone already. Job well done.
Thanks for “making things happen”!
Christina and Shetler Memorials,
My family and I are very pleased with the headstone. Thanks to all of you who helped with it.
