Testimonials

We appreciate the empathetic and caring attitude...

Dear Rich,

On behalf of my wife and I, we would like to thank you for your diligent efforts in seeing this project to its final endpoint.  We are very satisfied with the result.  You are a true professional in a very heart-rending trade and we certainly appreciate the empathetic and caring attitude you displayed on our behalf.  It's nice to have this fitting tribute to our dear son placed before Memorial Day.

Take Care.

I can't thank you enough...

Dear Rich and All,

My daughter and I checked out our memorial stone yesterday and we are very pleased!  I can't thank you enough for the service from beginning to the end.  It was excellent!

Sincerely, Jane Metzgar

...gracious way of doing business...

Dear Rich,

I had a number of devastating horrible experiences with our funeral home but your gracious way of doing business made up for it.  Thank you ever so much.

Ruth

We can't thank you enough!

Dear Rich,

We can't thank you enough for your kindness to us in deciding on the wording for my father's stone with regard to his WW II service.  We've had a lot to manage with paperwork and our own emotions with Dad's passing.  Your steadfast advice and your suggestions were most helpful.  We appreciate your attention to detail and accuracy.  Thank you for informing us about and taking care of the paperwork for Cambria County #50 vet headstone benefit.  May God bless you abundantly for your kindness.

Warmest Regards, Theresa Voyter & Debbie Riek

...all of the good work that you and your company did...

Mr. Bailey,

I very much appreciate all of the good work that you and your company did to prepare and place the memorial marker on the grave site for my mother, Mary Adeline Berry.  The digital image of the marker that you sent to me will be a very important entry into a scrap book of memories about my Mom.

You handled two situations of delay with great professionalism.  First, you waited until my cousin, Karen Martin, verified mom's year of birth.  Second, you were patient about receiving payment for your services from my late mother's account in Pittsburgh.

Your willingness to communicate by telephone and cellular phone, with me and my cousin Karen in order to facilitate the completion of the project made a great positive difference in the outcome.  Should I have the opportunity to recommend your service of crafting memorial stones to anyone in the Johnstown area, I would not hesitate to do so.

Sincerely, James C. Berry
